Job Description:

Primarily based in our Kingston office with some travel to other local branches as required from time to time, this permanent full-time role offers a well-defined career pathway, a supportive and fun team culture, and flexibility to help you balance work and life. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our North Business Unit sales team. You’ll ensure processes run smoothly, customer information is accurate, and reporting is delivered on time — enabling the team to focus on driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Management of the North Sales Support inbox
Generating monthly internal sales reports and dashboards
Completing Business Unit customer project reporting requirements
Managing customer supplier compliance systems
Maintaining customer profiles and access in Coates Connect
Managing third party portal compliance
Generating purchase orders for sales team as required
Coordinating travel arrangements, approvals and bookings for the sales team
Supporting the integrity and continuous improvement of sales administration processes procedures

Requirements:

Proven administrative experience
Experience managing competing priorities and strict deadlines
High attention to detail and process accuracy
Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills
Can do attitude and ability to problem solve
Highly organised and proficient in data entry
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
