Job Description:

Sales Administrator position in Bagshot, temporary to permanent contract, full-time role supporting sales office operations and acting as liaison between sales, design, and management teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Sales Office Manager in managing all administrative activities
  • Work closely with two Regional Managers to meet KPI figures and sales targets
  • Act as the essential link between our sales office, designers, our showrooms, and various internal departments
  • Coordinate administrative tasks to support the sales team
  • Maintain communication between sales, design, and management teams

Requirements:

  • Proficient in PC skills and comfortable using various software
  • Self-motivated and have a positive communication style
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role (preferred)
  • Strong customer service experience
