As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting customer accounts and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
Job Responsibility
Act as a primary point of contact for customers, building strong and lasting relationships
Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to successful resolution
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure a smooth customer journey
Provide timely updates and confidently manage customer expectations
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service across all touchpoints
Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is up to date
Navigate multiple systems and portals efficiently to manage workflows and enquiries
Support the wider team to achieve service and operational objectives
Requirements
Previous experience within a customer service, sales support, account management and administrative role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational abilities with great attention to detail
The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Confidence working within a fast-paced and structured environment
Strong IT skills and experience using multiple systems
