Job Description:

Temporary Sales Administrator position providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment for a leading manufacturer of innovative and sustainable workplace solutions in Europe

Job Responsibility:

Handling all incoming calls from customers
Order Management - Supporting customers with outstanding tickets
Process and inputting invoices
Supporting with any delivery queries
Process and track sample orders
Sending quotations when required
General administration and data input
Basic accounts support - Chasing any outstanding payments

Requirements:

Previous experience dealing with customers on the telephone or email
Previous administration experience in a similar industry
CRM & order systems proficiency
Excel & Outlook proficiency
Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills
