Manage a busy inbox and support administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately process sales orders
Manage shared inbox, responding to all enquires in a timely manner
Provide quotations
Follow up all customer requests
Maintain database
Work in partnership with team and internal departments
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent IT skills, including Word and Excel
Ability to handle customer enquiries and requests with professionalism
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset
Nice to have:
Experience on Sage would be an advantage
