As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our North Business Unit sales team. You’ll ensure processes run smoothly, customer information is accurate, and reporting is delivered on time — enabling the team to focus on driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibility
Generating monthly internal sales reports and dashboards
Completing Business Unit customer project reporting requirements
Managing customer supplier compliance systems
Maintaining customer profiles and access in Coates Connect
Managing Pegasus profiles and arranging inductions and training
Supporting tender and project administration requirements
Creating purchase orders for sales and general business needs
Coordinating travel arrangements and reconciling expenses
Organising marketing materials, meetings and catering
Managing courier services and office documentation processes
Supporting the integrity and continuous improvement of sales administration procedures
Requirements
Proven administrative experience within a fast-paced sales environment
Experience managing competing priorities and strict deadlines
Strong reporting and dashboard capability
High attention to detail and process accuracy
Sound understanding of sales transactions and processes
Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills
