Job Responsibility:
Assist the sales team in the daily management of clients and business opportunities
Coordinate and handle requests from Account Managers, external partners, and retail points
Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Onboarding, Technical Support) to resolve client issues promptly
Monitor and follow up on pending tasks and documentation from start to finish to ensure timely resolution
Support the collection and analysis of sales data to assist in commercial strategy and reporting
Ensure a high level of administrative service for all partners and clients within the ecosystem.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Sales Support, Back Office, or Customer Service role
Proven ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a strong customer-centric approach and attention to detail
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
University Degree (AEI/TEI preferred)
Proven Experience in a sales administration or commercial support role (highly valued)
Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
