Office Angels Glasgow is currently recruiting for a confident and organised Sales Administrator to join one of our valued clients on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced sales environment whilst supporting a dynamic team and playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Process customer orders on the system and by telephone where necessary
Assist customers with any queries, order issues or complaints via telephone and email
Liaise with the finance team to ensure any customer payments and supplier invoicing issues are resolved
Run reports, collate data, and format documentation for sales meetings and reviews
Maintain customer records and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administration or sales support role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, word, and Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn quickly
