Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant with experience delivering exceptional service to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting the Sales Managers with administrative duties
  • Following up on leads
  • Coordinating the planning of amenity arrangements
  • Confirming reservations and upgrades

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Opera and Delphi preferred
  • Solid working knowledge of all Microsoft applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher required
  • One to two years’ experience working in Sales or Hospitality preferred
  • Work authorization in the United States
