Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant with experience delivery exceptional service to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing Team. Job Responsibility:
Assisting the Sales Managers with administrative duties
Following up on leads
Coordinating the planning of amenity arrangements
Confirming reservations and upgrades
Requirements:
Knowledge of Opera and Delphi preferred
Solid working knowledge of all Microsoft applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher required
One to two years’ experience working in Sales or Hospitality preferred
Work authorization in the United States
