Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales and recruiting teams
Assist with business development activities, including preparing presentations, updating CRM data, and tracking outreach efforts
Organize and maintain sales materials, proposals, and client-facing documents
Draft and proofread correspondence, marketing materials, and internal communications
Support lead generation by researching prospective clients and compiling target lists
Prepare activity reports, metrics, and dashboards for internal tracking
Ensure compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and deadlines
Partner closely with leadership to improve workflows and identify opportunities to streamline operations
Jump in wherever needed—this role requires a true go‑getter with a team-first mindset
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative support experience (sales support experience is a plus!)
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Creative thinker with the ability to assist on marketing or business development projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office Suite
experience with CRM platforms is a plus
