Job Responsibility
Manage incoming calls with care, direct inquiries appropriately, and create a positive first impression for clients and partners
Coordinate calendars and arrange meetings for team members, ensuring schedules are organized and appointments are confirmed accurately
Provide day-to-day administrative support, including document organization, filing, and general office assistance
Assist with arranging team lunches and other onsite logistical needs to help maintain an efficient work environment
Use Microsoft Teams and related office tools to support communication, scheduling, and internal coordination
Maintain a detail-oriented onsite presence at all times and represent the team with strong business etiquette in a fast-paced setting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required
Prior experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or a similar office-based role
Ability to handle inbound calls confidently and communicate clearly and effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and standard administrative office functions
Detail-oriented demeanor and adherence to workplace standards
