This onsite temporary Sales Manager role is based in Beverly, offering full-time hours from 9-5 and a pay rate of $22/hr. Job Responsibility:
Solicit, qualify, and close group room business within assigned market segments
Respond to RFPs and incoming group leads promptly and professionally
Conduct site inspections for prospective clients
Prepare proposals, contracts, and rate agreements following revenue management guidelines
Requirements:
Prior hotel sales experience-especially in group sales-is strongly preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with hotel sales systems (Delphi, Opera) and Microsoft Office is a plus
