We are seeking a detail‑oriented individual to manage RFS, RFI and RFP requests across multiple countries and product areas, ensuring timely responses and seamless coordination with internal teams. This role supports customer‑facing teams by driving efficient service delivery, ensuring CRM compliance, and facilitating smooth handovers for project execution.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end RFS, RFI and RFP activities, ensuring responses are delivered accurately and on time
Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, Commercial and Network to gather information and align on customer requirements
Coordinate with account teams and customers to clarify expectations, provide updates, and secure necessary approvals
Support customer onboarding processes while ensuring full compliance with CRM systems and procedures
Handle reporting activities and contribute to the billing lifecycle
Maintain strong focus on revenue and margin‑related KPIs
Requirements:
Strong understanding of fixed line services

Graduate degree (Postgraduate desirable)
