Job Description

We are looking for a skillful Sales Administrative Assistant to assure clerical and minor technical support for our US-based sales teams. This job requires great verbal and written communication skills, experience in using office equipment, as well as software tools such as Microsoft Office or similar.

Job Responsibility

  • Generating regular sales reports and general data reports from our in-house CRM
  • Recruiting assistance on sales positions
  • Communicating with our sales department in order to provide relevant assistance
  • Providing compliance training for our sales team
  • Managing emails, posts, calls
  • Carrying out other related requests from the company management

Requirements

  • At least one year of administrative experience or related functions
  • Experience in recruiting for sales positions
  • English fluency
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM will be a big plus
  • Eager to learn and implement new processes and approaches
  • Excellent communication skills
