We are looking for a skillful Sales Administrative Assistant to assure clerical and minor technical support for our US-based sales teams. This job requires great verbal and written communication skills, experience in using office equipment, as well as software tools such as Microsoft Office or similar.
Job Responsibility:
Generating regular sales reports and general data reports from our in-house CRM
Recruiting assistance on sales positions
Communicating with our sales department in order to provide relevant assistance
Providing compliance training for our sales team
Managing emails, posts, calls
Carrying out other related requests from the company management
Requirements:
At least one year of administrative experience or related functions
Experience in recruiting for sales positions
English fluency
Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with CRM will be a big plus
Eager to learn and implement new processes and approaches
