We are looking for a Sales & Administration Associate based in Mexico to support primarily our US operations, while also collaborating with global teams on selected administrative and finance-related activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of English proficiency, as daily interaction with US-based teams and stakeholders will be part of the role.
Job Responsibility
Support administrative and operational processes related to US business activities
Assist Sales and Finance teams with project setup, documentation management, and client onboarding processes
Maintain and organize project and client documentation across internal systems
Support invoicing processes, including timesheet validation and client follow-up
Assist with customer communication regarding administrative or billing-related topics
Help maintain reporting files and operational KPIs
Coordinate with different global teams to ensure process compliance and timely execution of activities
Support internal controls and administrative procedures
Maintain strong communication with consultants, project managers, finance teams, and business leaders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields
2–4 years of experience in administrative, billing, finance support, sales operations, or similar roles
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory
Spanish proficiency is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote and international environment
Comfortable working under deadlines and managing multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
Experience with ERP systems is a plus (SAP knowledge highly valued)
