We are seeking a Sales Admin Officer to manage and streamline the sales operations. You will be the key point of support for the sales team, overseeing customer accounts, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of sales and project workflows.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and manage customer data and SAP system updates
Oversee preparation and issuance of Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Contracts
Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing
Handle administrative tasks, reporting, and office operations efficiently
Monitor collections, invoicing, and account follow-ups
Ensure compliance with company policies, including health, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, or related field
3–5 years of experience in sales administration or project support
Strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
