Job Description

Oversee the full life cycle of Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) execution. Drive company cash flow efficiency by proactively managing accounts receivable, implementing effective collection strategies, and aggressively minimising ageing and overdue debts. Serve as the key bridge between purchasers, panel banks, and external solicitors to expedite loan approvals, clear documentation bottlenecks, and resolve disputes. Ensure all sales administration and credit control workflows strictly adhere to the Housing Development Act (HDA), statutory regulations, and internal standard operating procedures (SOP's) to mitigate financial and legal risks. Prepare, analyse, and present comprehensive reports on sales conversions, billing milestones, collection forecasts, and loan patterns to provide actionable insights to senior management. Identify operational gaps and leverage property management software (e.g., IFCA or similar systems) to streamline workflows, reduce administrative lag, and enhance the overall purchaser journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in property development, specifically within sales administration and credit control
  • Deep, practical understanding of SPA workflows, progress billing mechanisms, and banking loan processes.
