Job Responsibility

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients while ensuring their satisfaction and continued loyalty
  • Drive B2B sales by identifying opportunities and offering solutions that truly meet client needs
  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies and hit shared goals
  • Visit clients onsite and conduct field meetings to strengthen partnerships and understand business needs firsthand
  • Create clear, insightful sales reports and forecasts to track your progress and stay ahead of trends
  • Stay informed on industry news and competitors
  • Negotiate confidently and close deals that support both client success and company growth
  • Provide exceptional follow-up and ongoing support to ensure clients always feel valued

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management with a focus on B2B sales
  • Strong skills in inside sales and handling inbound inquiries
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and analyzing data
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel for onsite and field sales activities
