Job Description

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of engagement, trust, and customer retention. Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives, operational challenges, and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for value creation. Conduct regular business reviews and client meetings to assess needs, address concerns, and strengthen partnerships. Identify, develop, and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. Collaborate with clients to understand evolving business requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals. Drive the achievement of sales, profitability, and cash flow targets through effective account planning and opportunity management. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to support business growth initiatives and market expansion. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve or exceed sales objectives and business targets. Monitor, forecast, and report on key account metrics, sales pipelines, and revenue performance. Maintain accurate customer profiles, sales activities, and opportunity records within the CRM system. Partner with internal sales and technical teams to ensure alignment of strategies, customer messaging, and service delivery. Lead contract negotiations and renewals to secure mutually beneficial commercial agreements. Ensure contractual terms and conditions align with company objectives, customer requirements, and compliance standards. Coordinate with legal and relevant stakeholders to address contractual, regulatory, and governance-related matters.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, and business development
  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions and services (SIEM, MDR, VAPT, GRC, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
  • Strong customer relationship management and client engagement skills
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and commercial acumen
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized with effective planning and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity market trends and industry developments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • 5+ years of experience in IT services domain, a similar role in Cybersecurity industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer science, Computer Engineering, Information
