Job Responsibility:
Maintain regular contact with assigned clients and serve as a reliable point of coordination for their IT and cloud requirements
Understand client goals, operations, and challenges to suggest suitable solutions
Support clients after implementation, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly
Identify opportunities to expand relationships through additional products or services
Prepare and update account plans that outline key objectives and next steps
Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients
Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and assist in deal discussions and closures
Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and documentation in the CRM system
Work toward meeting assigned sales targets and performance metrics
Contribute to sales presentations and client meetings in coordination with the wider sales team
Work closely with technical and solutions teams to align proposed offerings with customer requirements
Assist in translating client needs into practical IT or cloud-based recommendations, including AWS solutions
Stay informed about the company’s offerings, new technologies, and market developments to communicate relevant value propositions to clients
Support smooth handover from sales to delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met
Support the execution of sales strategies within the assigned market or account base
Gather insights on client industries, competitors, and emerging opportunities to share with management
Participate in planning sessions to suggest improvements or ideas for account growth
Maintain accurate sales records and reports to support management decision-making
Prepare reports and forecasts related to sales performance and client activity
Maintain up-to-date information in the CRM system for assigned accounts
Develop knowledge of IT and cloud products, with a focus on AWS solutions
Participate in training programs and certifications to enhance product and industry knowledge
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
3-6 years of experience in sales or account management within IT or cloud technology sectors
