Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Develop and grow accounts by identifying new opportunities and driving repeat business
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth operations and meet customer expectations
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for new and existing customers
  • Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic business planning
  • Represent DOGA at customer sites, industry events, and trade shows (approx. 35% travel)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Engineering or related field preferred
  • 5+ years in account management, sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Automotive, Construction, or off-road industry background strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused
