Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Develop and grow accounts by identifying new opportunities and driving repeat business
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth operations and meet customer expectations
Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for new and existing customers
Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic business planning
Represent DOGA at customer sites, industry events, and trade shows (approx. 35% travel)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Engineering or related field preferred
5+ years in account management, sales, marketing, or customer service
Automotive, Construction, or off-road industry background strongly preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
