You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities within the financial services sector in Egypt. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of selling digital transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex sales cycles and have a strong network within the banking and NBFI communities.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects within the financial services sector
Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and position our solutions effectively
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within banks and NBFIs
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations that align with clients’ digital transformation goals
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the financial services sector in Egypt
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance solution offerings and go-to-market strategies
Work closely with the pre-sales, technical, and customer support teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status in the CRM system
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback for senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales, specifically within the digital transformation or software solutions industry
Proven track record of selling to financial institutions (banks and NBFIs) in Egypt
Strong understanding of the financial services industry and digital transformation technologies
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel within Egypt as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
