Our client is looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Sales Account Manager to join their team. You won’t just be "managing" accounts, you will be their key point of contact. Your mission is to recognise and understand their clients' businesses, ensure they are getting all the value possible from our products, and identify opportunities to expand their footprint within their organisations.
Job Responsibility:
Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts
Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets
Retention: Monitor account health and proactively head off competitor interaction
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to relay customer feedback and improve offerings
Requirements:
Experience is essential from either: Sales Account management, B2B sales, or a similar client-facing sales role
Communication: You are able to explain complex ideas simply and feel comfortable presenting these if and when needed. Must have a confident and friendly phone manner
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with outlook, excel, Microsoft and phone system with a knack for learning new tools quickly
Mindset: You are resilient, empathetic and driven by Sales and a desire to learn and grow within a friendly and dynamic sales environment
