Job Responsibility:

Manage Your Portfolio: Build lasting relationships with customers, from residential projects to commercial accounts, ensuring repeat business
Grow the Pipeline: Re-engage lapsed accounts while uncovering new opportunities for growth
Meet and Exceed Targets: Achieve sales goals and enjoy commission rewards for your success
Stay in the Game: Keep the momentum going with active calls and follow-ups
Be Informed: Develop a strong understanding of your customers, the market, and competition

Requirements:

Experienced within a customer service, account management or sales position
A confident communicator who loves connecting with customers
Self-motivated, curious, and results-driven
Organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
Comfortable with numbers and CRM tools
A team player with a positive mindset and strong work ethic
Ready to thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment
Driving licence and own transport required
