Job Responsibility

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue and profit margin

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
