Job Responsibility:
Business Development & Land Acquisition: Identifying, researching, and evaluating plots of land for potential purchase by the company for the development and construction of new projects
Sales Execution: Finding, attracting, and managing potential buyers
Property Showings: Conducting property viewings for properties that are under construction, currently being erected, or already completed buildings and residential units
Project Coordination: Coordinating and actively participating in the building construction processes, acting as a liaison between sales and the technical team
Goal Achievement: Implementing the sales strategy to achieve commercial targets and close deals
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales/acquisitions or within the broader construction industry
A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Finance, Business Administration)
Excellent knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and land development procedures
The ability to simultaneously manage sales, evaluate investment properties, and coordinate projects
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in both the Greek and English languages
