Job Description

Sales Account Manager – joining salary up to £40,000 basic + uncapped commission – Twyford (Office Based). Year 1 OTE: £60,000 | Year 2 OTE: £72,000 | Year 3 OTE: £88,000. January start date. We’re hiring Sales Account Managers to join a fast-growing business based in Twyford. If you’re motivated by earning potential, progression, and being part of an ambitious, supportive team, this could be the perfect next step. You’ll manage inbound enquiries, nurture existing client accounts, and generate new opportunities with warm leads. This is not a cold-calling role, but it’s ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven sales environment. Job Responsibility

  • Responding to inbound enquiries from new and existing clients
  • Calling existing customers to identify new opportunities and strengthen relationships
  • Building and maintaining long-term client partnerships
  • Working towards achievable sales and margin targets
  • Managing your own performance using KPIs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, estate agency, recruitment, insurance, telemarketing, or a similar sales environment
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Motivated by commission and career progression
  • Able to manage your own workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and drive to succeed
