Job Responsibility

  • Grow revenue by identifying prospective clients, developing new business opportunities, and expanding engagement within current accounts.

  • Represent the company during client meetings, site visits, and presentations to build confidence and support long-term partnerships.

  • Respond to inquiries promptly and guide prospects through the decision-making process to improve conversion results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts by providing attentive service and consistent follow-up.
  • Stay informed on product capabilities, market activity, and applicable industry or regulatory considerations that influence customer decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams as needed to ensure commitments are met and customers receive reliable ongoing support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a closely related client-facing commercial role.
  • Demonstrated success in account growth, territory development, and achieving revenue or profit objectives.
  • Experience in merchant services, account management, key account management, or territory sales.
  • Ability to build trust with new and existing customers through strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable leading customer presentations, participating in site visits, and discussing pricing or commercial proposals.
  • Capable of interpreting customer requirements and translating them into clear sales opportunities or inquiry details.
  • Solid understanding of service-oriented business environments and customer support expectations.
