A global enterprise software vendor is expanding its footprint in the UAE and is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive net new business growth across the banking and financial services sector, with a focus on payments, compliance, AML, and financial crime technology. This is a hunter role, suited to a sales professional with a proven background in enterprise software licence sales and a track record of winning new logos within banks, financial institutions, and regulated entities.
Job Responsibility:
Drive net new logo acquisition within the UAE banking and financial services market
Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities into long-term customers
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract signature
Position and sell enterprise software licences across compliance, AML, sanctions screening, payments risk, SWIFT connectivity, and financial crime domains
Work closely with pre-sales, product, and technical teams on complex enterprise deals
Build senior relationships with CIO, CTO, Digital, Payments, Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime, and Procurement stakeholders
Navigate regulated buying environments and lengthy procurement processes
Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in enterprise software licence sales
Proven success selling net new business into banks or financial services organisations
Hands-on exposure to compliance, AML, financial crime, payments, or SWIFT-related software
Strong hunter mindset with consistent new-logo performance
