Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales / Account Manager with proven experience in IT Staffing, preferably within the Semiconductor domain. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and ensuring seamless delivery of technical staffing solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and HR teams
  • Understand client staffing requirements across all IT-related domains, preferably the Semiconductor domain
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruitment to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client needs
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle — from lead generation, proposal, negotiation, to closure
  • Expand existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling of IT staffing and project-based services
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high standards of service delivery
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience in IT Staffing / Technical Sales / Business Development
  • Proven success in selling IT staffing or resource augmentation services to Semiconductor clients
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
