Job Responsibility

Look after a high-value portfolio of luxury brand customers
Be front-facing with client base to discuss upcoming trends, seasonal product launches and one-off product requests
Be the glue holding together the relationships between customer and the flagship production facility in West Yorkshire
Keep on top of what competitors are making and provide market intelligence to the design team
Work closely with design team to create new designs in keeping with seasonal changes and trends
Retain customers and continue to build the relationships further
