Job Description:

To achieve monthly sales targets by developing new accounts, expanding sales volume, and managing distributor and B2B customer relationships in the Northeastern Territory. This role supports long-term growth by driving account development, providing technical product solutions, analyzing market trends, and ensuring effective sales pipeline management, while delivering accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Achieve monthly sales target by developing new accounts and expanding sales volume in assigned territory (Northeastern Territory)
  • Submit timely weekly & monthly sales reports, and/or key accounts sales pipeline updates to commercial & industrial sales manager on a regular basis
  • Develops account plans to drive long term volume growth and cross selling opportunities
  • Manage and develop distributor and direct B2B customer accounts in the Northeastern Territories
  • Collaborate with distributors (DSM & DSR) in identifying key accounts that will help distributors achieve growth targets and provide hands-on support
  • Ensure distributors effectively manage their sales pipeline by conducting regular sales pipeline coaching and reviews
  • Leverage technical knowledge of lubricant products to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to Commercial & Industrial sales manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management within lubricant industry
  • Strong understanding of Lubricant background, application HD sector & Industrial
  • Monitor and manage account receivable for assigned B2B accounts, tracking invoice aging and days sales outstanding (DSO) to minimize overdue payments
  • Thai/English fluency: 3rd language a plus
  • Proactive and agile mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to have:

  • Strong B2B Lubricants background
  • Experience and expertise in HDEO & IO products are highly preferred
