An exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Sales professional to manage and grow key customer accounts while actively developing new business within a precision engineering environment. This role combines account management, business development, and close collaboration with internal production teams to drive revenue growth and service excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary commercial contact for existing customers, ensuring strong relationships and high retention
Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned to company capabilities
Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate terms, and secure new contracts
Liaise with production, scheduling, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery
Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and proactively follow up outstanding quotes
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and performance reporting
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the customer base
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and solutions
Requirements:
Experience in a sales or account management role within manufacturing, engineering, or a technical B2B environment
Proven ability to grow existing accounts and win new business
Strong background engaging with OEMs, subcontractors, or technical customers
Understanding of CNC machining or engineering processes advantageous
Confident user of CRM systems with accurate sales reporting skills
