Job Description:

At Daktela, you will join a fast-growing European SaaS company that is innovating and disrupting the customer care industry. You will contribute to building one of the leading CCaaS platforms that helps over 1,600 companies worldwide to deliver excellent customer care. As an Account Executive, you’ll act as a trusted partner for prospects, uncovering their pain points and showing how Daktela can bring real business value.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work with incoming leads while also proactively seeking new business opportunities
  • Lead discovery calls, identify customer pain points, and show how Daktela can deliver real business value
  • Run consultations and product demos that clearly demonstrate what makes Daktela unique
  • Represent Daktela at trade shows, events, and conferences
  • Bring customer insights back to the company and influence product development
  • Work with our Marketing, Technical Support and Customer Onboarding teams to support your deals

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience (ideally in IT or SaaS)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to ask the right questions to uncover real customer needs
  • Independence, proactivity, and strong follow-through
  • Genuine interest in technology, SaaS, and digital communication
  • Comfort with leadership, whether through previous experience or ambition to grow into such a role
  • Communicative level of English
  • Active use of AI tools
