As a Sales Account Executive II, you will focus on driving revenue growth primarily through channel-generated leads. You’ll manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to closing deals, helping small businesses address their communication challenges with Dialpad’s AI-powered solutions. You will be a trusted advisor to channel partners, ensuring they can effectively communicate Dialpad’s value proposition to prospects. The Manila Sales team is essential to Dialpad's revenue growth and customer acquisition strategy. This team focuses on driving sales by leveraging channel leads and uncovering market opportunities to introduce Dialpad to new customers. Collaborating closely with Channel Partners, Sales Engineers, and Sales Managers, the Manila Sales team continually optimizes the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the full sales cycle: Manage leads sourced from marketing and channel partners, convert opportunities into sales, and achieve team revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Channel Partners: Act as the go-to resource for channel partners, helping them qualify leads and close deals
  • Build client-specific solutions: Develop tailored talk tracks and proposals that align with customer pain points and Dialpad’s offerings
  • Pipeline development: Partner with marketing and channel teams to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Continuous improvement: Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with your manager for deal strategy, forecasting, and professional development

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience, selling Software as a Service (“SaaS”), preferably in the communications space (UCaaS and/or CCaaS)
  • Proven track record in achieving sales quotas and managing a sales pipeline
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Relationship-building skills to engage channel partners and prospects effectively
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales enablement tools
  • High energy, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Able to establish rapport and gain situational awareness quickly in single-touch interactions with customers
  • Strong digital communication skills with an emphasis on visual and verbal clarity during remote interactions
  • Able to work in a HYBRID setup
  • Able to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time) while 100% on-camera in a dedicated, technically enabled remote workspace that supports team meetings, client interactions, and collaborative sessions
