As a Small Business Account Executive II, you’ll drive revenue growth by owning channel-generated leads and managing the full sales cycle—from initial engagement through close. You’ll help small businesses solve real communication challenges by positioning Dialpad’s AI-powered solutions as a clear, differentiated value. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our channel partners, enabling them to confidently articulate Dialpad’s value proposition and convert opportunities into long-term customers. The Manila Sales team plays a critical role in Dialpad’s growth strategy, fueling customer acquisition through strong channel partnerships and proactive market engagement. Working closely with Channel Partners, Sales Engineers, and Sales Managers, the team continuously refines sales motions to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and consistent results. This role reports to a Sales Manager and is based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office.
Job Responsibility:
Own the full sales cycle: Manage leads sourced from marketing and channel partners, convert opportunities into sales, and achieve team revenue targets
Collaborate with Channel Partners: Act as the go-to resource for channel partners, helping them qualify leads and close deals
Build client-specific solutions: Develop tailored talk tracks and proposals that align with customer pain points and Dialpad’s offerings
Pipeline development: Partner with marketing and channel teams to identify new opportunities for growth
Continuous improvement: Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with your manager for deal strategy, forecasting, and professional development
Requirements:
5+ years of direct sales experience, selling Software as a Service (SaaS), preferably in the communications space (UCaaS and/or CCaaS)
Proven track record in achieving sales quotas and managing a sales pipeline
Strong English communication skills
Relationship-building skills to engage channel partners and prospects effectively
Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales enablement tools
High energy, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset
Able to establish rapport and gain situational awareness quickly in single-touch interactions with customers
Strong digital communication skills with an emphasis on visual and verbal clarity during remote interactions
Able to work in a HYBRID setup
Able to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time) while 100% on-camera in a dedicated, technically enabled remote workspace that supports team meetings, client interactions, and collaborative sessions
