Job Description:

As an Account Manager, youll keep, grow and champion a portfolio of clients by delivering first-class marketing solutions across Reach PLCs portfolio covering print, digital, video, social, content solutions and partnerships. Youll be a trusted consultant, focused on value, building long-term relationships that drive renewals and smart upsell. Youll get to know each client and understand their needs, and will utilize your knowledge to spot opportunities and pitch tailored solutions that hit their goals. Youll own a defined book of accounts, be their go-to contact and build strategic plans to grow revenue, lift order value and unlock growth across products and channels. Using insights and campaign performance, youll lead consultative conversations, pinpoint needs and recommend what works. Youll also run win-back campaigns re-engaging lapsed advertisers. Youll figure out why they left, craft compelling reactivation offers and bring them back for the long term.

  • Seek out new opportunities and expand on existing opportunities to build and manage the pipeline and base of customers focused in on HPE Pre-Owned Solutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position HPE's and HPEFS’ products and services.
  • Develop account business plans.
  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
  • Contribute to proposal development, negotiations and deal closings.
  • Work closely with and support account executive, providing technical expertise and support, and participating in client engagements up to C-level engagements for more complex solutions in smaller accounts.
  • Interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solutions development.
  • Manage sales efforts in a defined account segment and meet or exceed all assigned targets.
  • Build opportunity pipeline, lead engagement process with customer and HPE and HPEFS colleagues, negotiate terms and develop Statement of Work documents.
  • Work with engagement managers to ensure a seamless transition of all opportunities.
