Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering an exceptional personalised service on our hamper desks
  • Identifying customer profiles and recommending best products
  • Using D365 to ship orders around the world
  • Curating and completing the transactions of our hampers

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar role/passion
  • Brings genuine enthusiasm for fine food and drink, inspiring customers with recommendations that elevate their shopping experience
  • A friendly warm approach with great people skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Outstanding communication skills
