Salaried GP with a view to partnership

Route du Fort Surgery is looking for dedicated salaried GPs to join our team in St Helier, with a genuine pathway to partnership for the right candidates. We are a well-established, six-partner practice operating from the modern Lido Medical Centre. We offer a supportive environment that prioritises clinical excellence and continuity of care. Flexibility: 6–9 sessions per week, negotiable to suit your circumstances. Workflow: 15-minute appointments within a well-organised, essentially paperless EMIS Web environment. Support: A stable team including a Practice Manager and seven administrative staff to ensure smooth operations. Facilities: Purpose-built consulting rooms with on-site pharmacy, X-ray, and physiotherapy. Benefits: £14,500 to £16,000 per session annually, depending on experience, and six weeks’ annual leave (pro-rated).
