We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development, customization, and IAM (Identity & Access Management) implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in SailPoint workflows, lifecycle rules, Java/BeanShell development, governance modules, DevOps practices, and source control. The role requires end-to-end involvement in designing, customizing, and deploying IdentityIQ solutions within enterprise environments.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and enhance SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) workflows, lifecycle rules, connectors, and customizations
Design and implement IAM solutions using IIQ, ensuring alignment with security and compliance requirements
Build and configure IIQ Governance and Lifecycle Manager (LCM) modules
Develop custom rules and scripts using Java and BeanShell
Package and deploy IIQ components using the SailPoint SSB framework
Integrate IIQ with enterprise systems including AD, LDAP, databases, and cloud services
Work across AWS/Linux/WAS/Windows environments for deployment and support
Troubleshoot IIQ issues and provide enhancements and bug fixes
Maintain version control using GIT and follow DevOps best practices
Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Support Identity Governance initiatives and contribute to IAM architecture improvements
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in IIQ development
Strong skills in: Workflows
Lifecycle rules
Custom connectors
Provisioning & certification processes
Experience working with IIQ Governance & Lifecycle Manager (LCM) modules
Skilled in packaging and deploying IIQ changes using the SSB framework
Strong proficiency in Java and BeanShell scripting
Good understanding of Directory Services such as LDAP and Active Directory
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation
Experience using GIT for source code and version management
Familiarity with AWS, Linux, WAS, and Windows environments
Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
Hands-on experience working in DevOps-driven delivery models
Experience working in Agile / SCRUM methodology
Nice to have:
Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Exposure to unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
Experience with caching frameworks (Redis, Hazelcast)
Knowledge of system design and distributed systems
Experience in financial services or large-scale enterprise projects
