Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer to design, build, and support customized SailPoint identity solutions. This role focuses on enhancing and maintaining existing SailPoint environments, resolving issues, and improving system performance to ensure secure and reliable identity and access management across the enterprise.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and configure SailPoint solutions to align with business requirements using declarative capabilities such as workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects
  • Provide ongoing operational support for existing SailPoint implementations, including troubleshooting defects, implementing enhancements, and tuning performance
  • Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SailPoint solutions
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation covering configurations, integrations, and custom enhancements
  • Implement and support integrations between SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) and both out-of-the-box and custom connectors, including Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, Workday, REST APIs, web services, and other enterprise platforms

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint development tools and technologies, including scripting, Transforms, and Visual Studio Code
  • In-depth knowledge of SailPoint architecture, design principles, and best practices
  • Proven experience leveraging SailPoint APIs for system integration and customization
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team or Agile environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey technical information
  • Familiarity with Treasury Management products, core banking systems, and online business banking platforms
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience working with SailPoint
  • SailPoint certification is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess the accuracy and completeness of work
  • Regular interaction with team members and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate information clearly, accurately, and efficiently
