SailPoint Architect

• Should be able to evaluate an existing SailPoint IdentityNow implementation and analyze gaps
• Should be able to suggest best practices in IGA and come out with a roadmap for IGA implementation/upgrade/transformation programs
• Apply troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex, cross functional issues
• Integration of Identity Management system with authoritative source & target applications
• Performed integration with at least one authoritative source like PeopleSoft, Active Directory, SAP, Workday, etc. & setup of connectors for application on-boarding
• Implemented automated provisioning/de-provisioning, trusted/target system reconciliation, Self Service password/profile management
• Customer stakeholders communication on IGA product at a technical and functional level

• Ability to grasp and translate technical concepts, think independently, and take the initiative required to resolve issues in a team structure.
• Ability to effectively juggle high priority tasks and take ownership
• Strong customer orientation and a professional approach with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to quickly adapt to changing and competing priorities.
• Experience in deploying applications in development environment.
• Very good coding & analytical skills.
• Good at oral and written communication skills.
• Application On boarding of type LDAP/AD, JDBC, O365, Office exchange, ticketing tools, SAP HR, SAP GRC, CSV application, etc.
• SailPoint IIQ/Identity and Access AD Implementation, development and production support.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 8+ Years of experience

Familiarity with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL) and RBAC a plus.
