Job Description:

To execute configuration, deployment, customization & maintaining Sage module. To understand and analyze business requirements & needs related to Sage and collaborate with different stakeholders - business users, technical team (programmer), project managers and others. To identify opportunities for process optimization within the ERP and implement configuration changes to support continuous enhancement initiative. Identify key business processes and pain points of the customized solutions. Develop comprehensive solution designs, considering factors such as scalability, efficiency, and industry best practices. To work together with project teams to facilitate seamless integration and implementation of Sage ERP (transition from Brightpearl ERP to Sage Intacct ERP). Assist with the migration of financial data and ensure the system accurately supports local and regional operations. Conduct system testing to validate the functionality and performance of Sage. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies, implementing optimizations to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of working experience in Sage implementation, enhancement and/or support project either in L2 or L3
  • ERP consultant coming from other ERP etc SAP / Oracle / Dynamic 365 / Epicor or others is welcome
  • Exposure on either one of these core domains: Financial / Order Management (SCM) / Inventory (Procurement)
  • Worked on either one of these submodules / spectrums: Double entry accounting / Financial Data Management / GL / AP / AR / Cash Management / Consolidations / Purchasing / Inventory
  • Cloud experience
  • Someone within Manufacturing / Sportware / Retail industry is preferred
  • Diploma is required
  • Only for MALAYSIAN or those that do not require VISA to work in Malaysia

Nice to have:

  • Exposure on either one of these core domains: Financial / Order Management (SCM) / Inventory (Procurement)
  • Worked on either one of these submodules / spectrums: Double entry accounting / Financial Data Management / GL / AP / AR / Cash Management / Consolidations / Purchasing / Inventory
