Job Responsibility

  • Leads safety training for all team members, ensuring they understand and follow federal, state, local, and company requirements
  • Performs administrative duties to track completion of training, scheduling of classes and resources, compile and prepare statistical information on training program status
  • Ensures all Lock Out Tag Out Authorized training is 100% current and up to date each quarter
  • Ensures all Powered Industrial Truck Authorized training is 100% current and up to date each quarter
  • Ensures all Maintenance Safety Training is current
  • Keeps track of and ensures 100% completion of all required monthly awareness topics
  • Performs other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer within the past 3 years in a comparable field
  • High School or equivalent is beneficial but not required
  • Experience in a poultry processing/manufacturing environment
