Safety Team Member (Nights)

• Be a friendly face and first point of contact for students who need support or reassurance overnight
• Keep our buildings and everyone in them safe, responding calmly to incidents or emergencies such as fire alarms, noise complaints, or maintenance issues
• Help students feel welcome, respected, and cared for - always treating everyone with empathy and professionalism
• Work closely with day and night teams to ensure seamless service and handovers
• Take pride in maintaining tidy, safe, and well-kept spaces
• Support with wellbeing or welfare matters, noticing when something isn't right and taking action to help
• Be a brand ambassador, living our CARE principles: Connect, Act, Respect, and Encourage

Experience in a customer service role or residential environment
