2–3 years of experience in health & safety, production safety, or occupational safety — preferably in live events or experiential activations
Deep knowledge of OSHA standards and Illinois/Chicago-specific regulations
Strong analytical and communication skills
Comfortable being on-site during irregular hours and traveling to event locations in the region
Certifications such as OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, or similar are a strong plus

Job Responsibility

Lead the development, improvement, and oversight of Health & Safety program and standards for Fever US
Provide H&S leadership at the project level by conducting risk assessments and safety inspections
Collaborate with producers, project managers, and venue operators to identify and mitigate hazards
Ensure Fever events comply with OSHA, ADA, and all applicable local/state regulations
Support internal teams and external vendors with training, safety briefings, and emergency protocols
Investigate and report incidents and near misses
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance records
