Job Description:

Provide support to management in ensuring safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers, protecting assets and IKEA brand, maintaining risk aware culture and compliance with internal IKEA and external legal demands.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure safe and secure environment for co-workers and customers through trainings, audits, inspections
Manage Fire Command Centre daily operations and emergency responses
Conduct internal and external accident investigations and recommend solutions
Conduct compliance checks on health, safety and security standards
Ensure Store Emergency and Crisis Response programs are always capable of immediate response
Train security guards to secure IKEA assets
Monitor Security performance and provide feedback to security company

Requirements:

Strong knowledge in principles, practices and techniques of safety and security procedures and all relevant local legislation
Knowledge in fundamentals of investigation methodology and process
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations
Experience in emergency response and crisis management
Previous experience in safety and security in retail environment preferred
Knowledge and understanding of Security, Thai Safety requirement, Fire Prevention, and Incident investigation
Familiarity with Intrusion alarm, CCTV and Fire protection systems

Nice to have:

Experience in retail safety and security environment
Knowledge of Thai safety requirements
