Job Responsibility:
Ensures that all preventive measures described in internal policies and local regulations are followed. Continuously implements additional systems and actions that support the prevention of crime, fire risks, natural hazards and risks in reconstruction areas
Supports the management team on all safety and security aspects connected to activities that create exceptional visitor flow, such as marketing events and other peak traffic moments
Coordinates the outsourced security partner of the meeting place and ensures that a consistently high standard of safety, security, and prevention services is delivered
Plans and coordinates annual training activities for all people in the centres, including fire drills and required periodic safety testing
Oversees the activities related to Sec Checks, periodic control activities in commercial units, and the related co worker training
Secures effective handling of incidents and crises, including proper registration, root cause analysis, loss estimation, and the process for insurance claims
Manages accident reporting, periodic reporting to the central risk function, and conducts audits, proposals, and tactical initiatives that strengthen safety and security performance
Maintains close and constructive relationships with public safety authorities in the community, including police, fire brigade and other relevant bodies
Leads and inspires a strong risk and compliance minded culture across the meeting place organization, encouraging safe behavior's and proactive ways of working
Requirements:
Brings a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial real estate or retail safety and security, supporting a safe and welcoming environment for customers and co workers
Strong background in assessing risks within a business setting and turning insights into practical, sustainable security plans that support daily operations
Demonstrated ability to conduct and document health, safety, and security checks, always with a focus on improving ways of working
Shows high integrity, together with clear communication, strong collaboration skills and the ability to lead in a way that builds trust and togetherness
