Safety & Security Specialist

• Ensure safe and secure environment for co-workers and customers through trainings, audits, inspections and standards
• Manage Fire Command Centre daily operations and responses to emergency situations
• Meet IKEA intended level of safety and security
• Conduct internal and external accident investigations
• Conduct compliance checks and reviews on health, safety and security standards
• Ensure Store's Emergency and Crisis Response programs are always capable of immediate response
• Ensure security guards are trained to secure IKEA assets

• Strong knowledge in principles, practices and techniques of safety and security procedures and all relevant local legislation
• Knowledge in fundamentals of investigation methodology and process
• Strong communicator with both verbal and written skills
• Ability to work in fast pace environment and manage stressful situations
• Previous experience on safety and security in retail environment preferred
